Friedman and Tony Oncidi (of Proskauer) to reprise their infamous Annual Employment Law Update at the Section’s 44th Annual Labor & Employment Law Symposium on Thursday, March 28, 2024, at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel & Suites in downtown Los Angeles. The LACBA Labor and Employment Law Section describes the Friedman-Oncidi panel as follows: “2023 produced a blizzard of new employment laws and appellate decisions.
