Helmer Friedman LLP announces with great pleasure: that Erin Kelly, previously employed by the law office of Steven J. Kaplan, has joined them. Ms. Kelly, who received her B.A. in Peace and Conflict Studies from U.C. Berkeley, represents employees in all aspects of employment-related litigation, including wage and hour violation claims.
Ms. Kelly is admitted to practice in California State and the District of Columbia. While in law school, Ms. Kelly worked in the Civil Advocacy Clinic, where she represented employees in wage and hour law claims.
