Prior to joining the firm, Erin trained under preeminent employee rights advocates at the Law Offices of Scott R. Ames and the Law Offices of Steven J. Kaplan. She has secured millions of dollars in settlements on behalf of employees and tried numerous bench and jury trials that resulted in verdicts in favor of employees.
Erin is active in the labor and employment law community in Southern California. She is a member of the Los Angeles County Bar Association’s Labor and Employment Law Section and serves on its Saturday Seminar Committee. She is also a member of the California Employment Lawyers Association and was selected for its inaugural Leadership Conservatory.

Erin graduated in the top 4% of her class from American University’s Washington College of Law and was elected to the Order of the Coif. While in law school, Erin worked in the Civil Advocacy Clinic, where she represented employees in wage and hour law claims. She also served on the staff of the Administrative Law Review and the Executive Board of the Moot Court Honor Society. Erin was selected as a Dean’s Fellow for the Legal Research and Writing Program and received several scholarships to attend law school, including the Washington College of Law Merit Scholarship and the Karl Employee Rights Scholarship. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Peace and Conflict Studies from U.C. Berkeley. She is admitted to practice in the State of California and the District of Columbia.
