Friedman and Tony Oncidi to reprise their Annual Employment Law Update on January 31, 2023. This program will mark the 13th time that Mr. Friedman and Mr. Oncidi have presented this program to the Beverly Hills Bar Association. The Labor and Employment Law Section describes the program as: “The program presents a plaintiff and defense view of the key employment cases decided and California employment laws enacted in the past year.
